Guests have use of the large communal pool area which is directly opposite the property, there are plenty of sun loungers/parasols available, WC, showers and a separate child's pool, with secure card entry.
The property sleeps 4 with a kingsize bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. The bedrooms have black out curtains fitted to keep the rooms cool during the day and keep the light out on lazy mornings! The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is a 2nd shower room/wc on the ground floor.
Living room is a large area with plenty of sofa room to relax and a flat screen TV with IPTV system offering a full selection of channels, TV box sets and movies plus channels in several languages. Free high speed unlimited WIFI.

There is a fabulous beach with lagoons, bars, restaurants and large Atlantico Shopping Centre just a 20 minute walk away, then Caleta town centre is approximately 30 minutes walk, with many restaurants, bars and shopping centre, plus the main Caleta beach and Marina.
